Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to explain products & generate leads
- Attend inbound calls & respond to customer queries
- Schedule and execute timely WhatsApp/email follow-ups
- Update CRM/Excel tracker with accurate lead status
- Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion
- Submit daily/weekly call and follow-up reports
