Job Summary
As a Social Media Marketer at MY SOLAR, your role is to manage the full lifecycle of social media content, campaigns, and audience engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business. You will create compelling content, execute paid promotions, analyze performance, and continuously optimize strategies to drive brand growth, generate leads, and enhance visibility.

Experience Required
1–3 years in Social Media Marketing or Digital Campaign Management. Experience in solar, electrical, or B2B industries is preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media – Required
- Digital Marketing Certification – Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish content: static posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos.
- Schedule and manage content calendars across all platforms.
- Run targeted ads on Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Track performance (CTR, reach, engagement, CPL) and optimize accordingly.
- Respond to messages/comments and engage with the online community.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams for campaign alignment.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and suggest creative improvements.
