Key Responsibilities
Employee Records Management
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and payroll inputs.
Recruitment
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Employee Relations
- Handle grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a healthy work environment.
Benefits Administration
- Oversee employee benefits such as leave, PF, insurance, and statutory filings.
Compliance
- Ensure HR operations adhere to all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication programs.
HR Documentation
- Prepare and manage HR letters, reports, audit documents, and statutory returns.
Policy Implementation
- Assist in implementing and updating company HR policies and SOPs.
Offboarding
- Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and process full & final settlements.
