Job Summary

As an HR Executive at MY SOLAR, you will be responsible for managing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations. You will ensure smooth HR operations and align HR strategies with company goals to foster a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Records Management

  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and payroll inputs.

Recruitment

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Employee Relations

  • Handle grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a healthy work environment.

Benefits Administration

  • Oversee employee benefits such as leave, PF, insurance, and statutory filings.

Compliance

  • Ensure HR operations adhere to all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication programs.

HR Documentation

  • Prepare and manage HR letters, reports, audit documents, and statutory returns.

Policy Implementation

  • Assist in implementing and updating company HR policies and SOPs.

Offboarding

  • Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and process full & final settlements.
