Job Details
- Job Title: Tele Executive – Solar Rooftop Sales
- Job Location: Ahmedabad (Office-based role with tele-sales reach PAN India)
- Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, with lunch and other breaks as per company policy
- Number of Vacancies: 8 (Eight)
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Tele-Sales / Inside Sales / Solar Sales / Renewable Energy Sales

- Graduation in Commerce / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent
- Additional training in Telemarketing / CRM Tools preferred
Job Purpose / Summary
The Tele Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers over the phone, and converting inquiries into solar rooftop project sales. The role focuses on customer education, persuasion, and relationship-building to drive B2C solar rooftop adoption while supporting B2B sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Calling
- Make outbound calls to residential, commercial, and industrial prospects.
- Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups generated via marketing campaigns.
- Maintain daily call targets and lead qualification metrics.
2. Sales & Conversion
- Explain the benefits of solar rooftop projects (cost savings, subsidies, ROI).
- Share project details, quotations, and company credentials with customers.
- Schedule site visits/meetings for field sales teams.
3. Customer Engagement
- Resolve queries regarding government policies, subsidies, net metering, and installation process.
- Build trust and maintain relationships with potential customers.
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Update CRM/Odoo ERP with accurate customer information.
- Prepare daily/weekly call reports and conversion status updates.
- Coordinate with the Sales Executives and Project Teams for lead closures.
5. Market Intelligence
- Collect feedback on competitor pricing, offers, and customer preferences.
- Suggest improvements in tele-calling scripts and marketing campaigns.
