Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will manage, track, and update all sales leads on a daily basis. This role ensures proper lead distribution, follow-up monitoring, and accurate documentation in ERP/CRM as per SOP. The position supports the sales team internally to maintains smooth workflow and reporting.

Collect, store, update, and organize all leads daily.

Lead Distribution

Share and assign leads to the sales team accurately and timely.

Follow-Up Tracking

Ensure team members update follow-ups as per SOP and timeline.

ERP/CRM Updates

Maintain proper lead entries, status changes, and follow-up logs.

Internal Coordination

Coordinate only with the sales team for lead updates and actions.

Data Accuracy

Maintain clean, correct, and updated lead records at all times.

Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly lead status reports for management.

SOP Compliance

Ensure all leads are handled and documented strictly as per SOP.
