Job Summary

As an HR Recruiter at MY SOLAR, you will handle the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your role will focus on building a talent pipeline, improving recruitment efficiency, and supporting the company's growth through quality hiring.
