Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business strategy, profitability, and operational performance.
- Drive B2B sales, dealer/distributor development, and market expansion.
- Manage end-to-end solar project execution, from enquiry to commissioning and handover.
- Oversee project planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation coordination, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all government approvals, DISCOM processes, net metering, subsidy schemes, statutory documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive process automation through Odoo ERP.
- Build scalable systems, strengthen operations, and deliver sustainable business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
- 8–10 years of leadership experience
- Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, EPC, or Manufacturing
- Strong expertise in business operations, project management, government liaison, compliance, and team leadership
