Job Details

  • Job Title: Digital Marketer – Solar Projects
  • Job Location: Ahmedabad (with online campaign reach PAN India)
  • Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, with lunch and other breaks as per company policy
  • Number of Vacancies: 1 (One)
  • Experience Required: 2–3 years in Digital Marketing / Online Campaigns / B2B & B2C Marketing
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Graduation in Marketing / Digital Media / Communication
    • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM preferred

Job Purpose / Summary

The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to promote solar rooftop and industrial solar projects. The role will focus on lead generation, brand visibility, online sales support, and digital engagement through multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others).

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid campaigns for B2C and B2B leads.
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Google My Business).
  • Run targeted ads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar customers.

2. Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Optimize campaigns for maximum lead generation at minimum cost.
  • Track and nurture leads through CRM/Odoo ERP integration.
  • Support sales team with digital promotional materials and campaigns.

3. Content Creation & Management

  • Design social media posts, reels, videos, and digital brochures.
  • Write engaging blogs, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Maintain company website with product updates, news, and case studies.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Insights.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion performance.
  • Suggest improvements for higher engagement and lead quality.

5. Branding & Market Research

  • Build and maintain a strong online brand presence.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and update management with insights.
  • Manage reviews, testimonials, and customer engagement campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
  • Knowledge of content writing & email marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Odoo ERP, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve campaigns
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills

  • Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager / General Manager
  • Coordinates With: Sales Team, Design Team, Project Team, and Management
  • Manages: Not Applicable (Individual Contributor Role)
